Is it just me, or is making sure you squeeze in some self-care just as stressful as the reasons why you’re trying to squeeze some in, in the first place? I mean there just isn’t enough time in the day to get in all the self-care I want to sometimes. I think what we really need is a nationally recognized holiday, dedicated to a full day’s worth of self-care. I mean, that would just be the best thing ever.
